Brütal Legend coming to PC
Brütal Legend, the Action/RTS hybrid game from Double Fine that was originally only released on PS3/360 is coming to PC! Officially listed on Steam as of today, if you pre-order you can both save 25% and get access to to the multiplayer beta immediately.
For those that haven’t played it, it includes one of the greatest soundtracks a fan of metal could ask for, cameos from well-known musicians (frickin’ OZZY, man!) and an innovative “stage battle” mode in which you command units RTS style while also dishing out the pain on the battlefield. It also features an interesting guitar mechanic where you can use your guitar to cast “spells” so to speak by inputting button combinations.
The release date hasn’t yet been specified but you can read more at Double Fine’s official website, or from the Steam storefront page.
UPDATE: The game will be available as of February 26th, according to Steam.
