If you missed it: Diablo 3 will finally get PvP (and more…)

The next Diablo III patch, v1.07, will finally bring PvP to the world of Sanctuary.

The concept is quite simple, you’ll need to speak to the “Nek the Brawler” in New Tristram and you’ll be teleported to a new zone called “The Scorched Chapel”. For now PvP will only include a Free-For-All or FFA mode where players will be able to battle each other  1 on 1, three player FFA or four player FFA.

The way Blizzard said “Dueling currently supports up to four players in a Free-For-All format” leads me to believe that there will be more modes in the future, perhaps we can except an Arena style mode, Capture the Flag, or maybe even a MOBA style arena such as Dota or LoL?

The update will also bring a few minor class changes, new crafting recipes, new gems and more.

There is currently no information on a release date yet.
