New controller for Playstation 4
As reported by CVG: PlayStation will bring an end to a sixteen-year tradition of DualShock controllers with the release of the PlayStation 4.
Sony is said to be working on a controller which will include biometric sensors on the grips and an LCD Touch Screen (Vita, Wii U, anyone?). A source at Sony states that they are ”trying to emulate the same user interface philosophies as the PS Vita”. Even though Sony has recently said that they would let Microsoft make the first move, they’re certainly not sleeping while Microsoft makes all the Research and Development.
Below is a protoype that was designed by GadgetHit, this is nothing official but from the description we can assume it’ll look similar.
